River Flow - Splash!

I used to worry a lot, whoo

I had to let it go

I used to hurry a lot

But my pace has slowed

Now all my blind ambition

Has given way to recognition

Flow river flow

When I turned to you to fix my heart

Your answer was no

When I said it’s tearing me apart

You laughed and said so

But I harbor no resentment

I just bask in my contentment

Flow river flow

Now the earth is bleeding

All the greedy vultures feeding

All the poison that is spillin

All the life it is killing

While their time they’ve been biding 

Evil men have been deciding 

Rape us with their greed

Taking way more than they need

I guess that leaves it up to us

And in ourselves we need to trust

And take our planet back

Screw these piggies’ made up facts

It’s a problem we can solve

All we need is some resolve

They’d like to see us on our knees

While they cut down all the trees

Steal from us with glee

Killing all life in the sea

You might say I’m crazy

Yeah, they’re hoping we’ll be lazy

This time let’s surprise em

Let the bull sharks utilize em

When we drop em in the sea

Or the place it used to be

Splash Mr. CEO

Maybe we just want our life back!!!
